Dancing in the streets of Budapest

Our local area (the fifth district) has a street that homes many antique stores and art galleries. It happens to be around the corner from our apartment.
Today I went to go grocery shopping and found the street closed to traffic and teeming with people browsing antiques outdoors, sitting on plastic chairs drinking coffee or beer or wine, children with ice cream on their faces and music could be heard around the corner.
